Interview Policy

Interviews with the Prince D. Renato Barros and members of his Royal Family for press or broadcast media are relatively rare. However, due consideration is given to all requests by bona fide organisations for interviews with the Prince or members of the Royal Family to talk about the project of the Principality (Principado da Pontinha) and related issues.

Requests for interviews must be submitted in written form (e-mail) to the Embassy of the Principality of the Pontinha with a detailed explanation of the reason for the interview, its intended focus and areas of questioning, the proposed interviewer and any other supporting information such as recording deadline.

The Prince D. Renato Barros will give written interviews, or write occasional articles, in the Portuguese language, under his own name.

    Dear Sir

I am very interested in your formation of a pricipality. It sounds like a great idea.

I am a British citizen and I am wondering if there is a way that I can assist with the formation?

    With best wishes,

    Michael Fuller
